JUST IN: Doncaster Rovers player ratings after defeat to ruthless Salford City.

Doncaster had much more opportunities and superior general play, but their opponents mercilessly put Rovers to the sword, demonstrating that it’s all about quality rather than quantity.

Matt Smith, a striker for Salford, scored a hat-trick to stun Doncaster and halt their recent improvement.
