According to a claim from The Sun, the Magpies are attempting to provide the 23-year-old with a means of leaving the Emirates during one of the upcoming transfer windows.

Emile Smith Rowe has experienced a great deal of frustration. Many Arsenal supporters think he formerly shared Bukayo Saka’s development path. But accidents happened at the worst possible time.
Since the end of the 2021/22 season, Smith Rowe has not made a Premier League start. And this season, he has only played a small number of minutes in the Premier League.

Reports from TEAM talk previously suggested that Arsenal value Smith Rowe at £60 million. So that will obviously be an issue for the Magpies.
