Report: Sunderland on a mission to sign ‘exciting’ player from Manchester United.

Amad Diallo, a winger for Manchester United, spent last season on loan at Sunderland, and it appears that the Black Cats would like to have him return to the Stadium of Light.

Sunderland intends to borrow Amad Diallo from Manchester United during the January transfer window, according to TEAMtalk.

Amad Diallo is wanted by Sunderland from Manchester United.
According to the source, Manchester United, previous champions of the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League, is prepared to loan Diallo to Sunderland in January.

The Black Cats are apparently hopeful that they can secure a loan agreement for the international winger from the Ivory Coast, who is 21.

Talksports View: Amad Diallo should consider Sunderland move
In my opinion, Manchester United winger Amad Diallo should seriously consider a move to Sunderland on a loan deal in the January transfer widow.

Diallo was superb for Sunderland last season, and I believe that he would be brilliant for the Black Cats once again.

Of course, the ultimate aim for the winger is to become a regular for United, but the 21-year-old is unlikely to get much playing time for Erik ten Hag’s side once he recovers fully from a knee injury.

Diallo scored 14 goals and gave three assists in 29 Championship starts for Sunderland last season.

The Black Cats almost got promoted to the Premier League.

Diallo, described as “one of the most exciting young prospects in the game” by former Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, could just walk into the Sunderland starting lineup and make himself a hero again at the Stadium of Light.
