West Ham United Top striker contract emerges amid Wolves and Saudi transfer links

According to Claret and Hugh, West Ham have extended a fresh contract offer to striker Michail Antonio despite his connections to Wolves and organizations in the Saudi Arabia Pro League.

The news source claimed on Monday, September 18, that neither the Premier League team nor anyone from the Middle East had submitted a genuine offer.

Wolves reportedly shown genuine interest in the Jamaican player at one point, but they never made an official bid.

Good News

Many believed that since Antonio was connected to the window’s beginning departure, it could be best for everyone if he left.

Gianluca Scamacca, who had been recruited for a large sum of money but was 33 and had a less than ideal injury history, appeared to be ready to lead the line on a regular basis this season.

However, he did not want to fight for his place and returned to Italy, leaving David Moyes in a bit of a striker crisis.

Giving Antonio a new contract makes sense because he works hard and is well-liked among his teammates, and no new striker joined the team over the summer.

Since he starts every game for them and leads the line, the club might not make much money if they sell him.

The season’s high point will be his goal against Chelsea, and it appears that everything is in place for him to sign a contract extension.
