The Indianapolis Colts may find Daniel Jones, who agreed to a one-year, $14 million contract, to be a steal.
Daniel Jones, quarterback, has been signed by the Colts. Jones, who was selected sixth overall in 2019, is expected to compete for the starting position against third-year player Anthony Richardson when he gets to Indianapolis. Following his release from the Giants, Jones spent a portion of the previous season on the practice squad in Minnesota. Coaches and teammates praised Jones’ performance both on and off the field. He could either establish himself as a starter or encourage Richardson to perform better while in Indianapolis on a one-year, $14 million contract.
