Major Setback: ESPN Report Wisconsin Now Confirm The Release Of 3 Superstar Following The

Wisconsin’s huge upset over Purdue made ESPN College GameDay appear ridiculous.

Significant Setback: According to ESPN, Wisconsin has confirmed the release of three superstars after the

In Mackey Arena, the No. 16 Wisconsin Badgers defeated the No. 7 Purdue Boilermakers 94-84 on the road. The Badgers’ victory was significant and their second Quad 1A victory of the season (the other being against Arizona). After one of their finest players, Kamari McGee, was wrongfully sent off the field following a horrible flagrant two penalty, it was a decisive victory for Wisconsin.

Even better, they all selected against Wisconsin, proving ESPN Gameday was mistaken. Nobody seems to have anticipated the Badgers’ victory.

Purdue Boilermakers guard Fletcher Loyer (2) passes the ball from the court Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025, during the NCAA men’s basketball game against the Wisconsin Badgers at Mackey Arena in West Lafayette, Ind.

Purdue was selected by the ESPN Gameday staff, but the Wisconsin Badgers silenced them.
Many people would not be surprised by this because Purdue was a 5.5 favorite at home and the ESPN Gameday team usually sticks to the favorites in both basketball and football. Additionally, they rate higher in the majority of measures and surveys. However, the ESPN Gameday team spent time complimenting the Badgers before they proceeded to criticize them, which either made Wisconsin supporters giggle or furious, or perhaps both.

“Your father’s Wisconsin team is not this one…. That squad is really risky.
