With a remarkable 46-12 record, the Celtics currently stand as not only the top team in the Eastern Conference but also in the entire NBA. Many fans and analysts are lauding the Celtics’ starting five as one of the best in recent memory. Spearheaded by standout MVP contender Jayson Tatum, who averages an impressive 27 points per game, their lineup boasts formidable talent across the board. The combination of Jrue Holiday and Derrick White in the backcourt, along with Jaylen Brown and Kristaps Porzingis alongside Tatum in the frontcourt, underscores the team’s depth and skill. Nonetheless, lingering doubts persist regarding their ability to maintain composure during the postseason, given the franchise’s historical playoff struggles. Players like Jamal Murray, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, and Aaron Gordon, alongside Jokic, form a formidable combination that excels on the grandest stages. Despite not matching their previous season’s dominance, the Nuggets’ achievements thus far position them well for postseason success. It would be remarkable if the Nuggets failed to advance to the latter stages of the playoffs this year.
