A highly touted five-star recruit in the 2022 cycle, Harris will now be enrolling in his third school in three years, following previous stints with Texas A&M and LSU over the last two seasons.

Throughout his college career, Harris has garnered attention not only for his on-field performance but also for off-field issues. With the opportunity to play for UTSA in 2024, Harris aims to showcase his talent and potentially elevate his draft stock.

The LSU program has witnessed multiple members of the 2023 roster announce their transfer portal destinations this offseason.

Here is the LSU Transfer Portal Tracker and their destinations:

CB Duce Chestnut: Syracuse

Duce Chestnut, who transferred from Syracuse to LSU, had a brief stint in Baton Rouge, appearing in fewer than a handful of games. He will now embark on finding his third collegiate home in three years.

Chestnut, along with Denver Harris, who transferred from Texas A&M, have been absent from the team for over two months as they explore their options for the future.

While Chestnut has now disclosed his next move after entering the free agency market, Harris’ status remains uncertain.

Brian Kelly, LSU’s head coach, commented on the situation, stating, “We’ll have to sit down. We have not had discussions with them yet. We’re going to wait until the end of the semester and then we’ll have individual conversations with both of them.”

Wide receiver Jalen Brown has committed to Florida State. The former 4-star recruit, hailing from the Sunshine State, will have four seasons of eligibility remaining.

In his last season of high school football, Brown amassed 22 receptions, 401 yards, and three touchdowns in just six games. Despite missing two games due to injury and having two other games canceled, he showcased his talent effectively. Throughout his high school career, Brown accumulated 111 catches for 2,396 yards and 25 touchdowns.

The highly touted prospect, running back Armoni Goodwin, has secured a new home after a brief period in the Transfer Portal. Goodwin has committed to UAB.

Despite not receiving any snaps this season for the Tigers, Goodwin has faced injury challenges throughout his tenure with the program, resulting in a significant drop in his position on the depth chart.

During his freshman year in 2021, Goodwin recorded 16 carries for 65 yards and zero touchdowns. However, entering his second year with the Tigers, he was expected to see an increase in playing time.

Goodwin began the season as the Tigers’ top running back before a knee injury prematurely ended his campaign. Despite his injury setback, he managed to tally 45 carries for 267 yards and five touchdowns during his sophomore year.

Even after returning to the field during Fall Camp in 2023, Goodwin struggled to regain his full form, understandably moving at half speed due to his injury recovery.

Now, the former Top 150 prospect in the nation has decided to return home to play for Trent Dilfer’s UAB Blazers.

Former LSU defensive end Quency Wiggins has announced his transfer destination after a brief period in the NCAA Transfer Portal. Wiggins, a promising young talent with significant potential, has chosen to join Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes.

Wiggins, who was a highly sought-after player for the Tigers during the recruitment process, was rated as a four-star prospect and ranked among the Top 50 recruits in the 2022 cycle.

As one of the premier defensive ends in the nation, there were high expectations for Wiggins to develop rapidly. However, his growth was hindered this season due to the absence of a defensive line coach.

Despite this setback, Wiggins, known for his raw talent and versatility on the defensive line, became highly sought after in the Transfer Portal.

With all the intangibles to excel at a Power Five program, Wiggins, a former blue-chip recruit, has now found a new home with Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes.
