Auburn Briefing: Freeze is pleased with Auburn’s NSD results

Auburn head coach Hugh Freeze is pleased with the results Auburn saw on National Signing Day.

After all, National Signing Day was a success for the Auburn Tigers.

Hugh Freeze, the head coach, offered his opinions on the current state of the 2024 recruiting class.

“Our aim was to rank our first class here in the Top 10,” Freeze stated. That’s how you begin to develop a program that can build on itself and make the roster competitive. Building relationships allowed us to bridge the gap and enter the battles for some of the top guys. I am incredibly appreciative of everyone’s efforts that went into this big task.

Freeze mentioned two positions that he is particularly happy with.
“Our receiver class and our linebacker class have to be two of the tops in the country,” Freeze said. “We’ll go from here to fill in the missing pieces that we did not land.”
