Josh Allen, who was recently named MVP, is leading the Buffalo Bills in their pursuit of a Super Bowl. The Bills’ fortunes improved shortly after they were defeated by the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game. For the first time in his career, Allen received the coveted NFL MVP award when he was named the winner. The Bills celebrated their Pro Bowl quarterback by releasing exclusive t-shirts in the offseason to promote Allen’s MVP award. “Be good, do good, God Bless and Go Bills” is what the shirts said. “You heard the MVP,” the official Bill’s social media account said.
Allen completed 63.6% of his pass attempts and finished the season with 3,731 yards and 28 touchdowns. In addition, the Bills quarterback gained 531 yards on the ground and 12 touchdowns. The Bills standout won MVP over a number of other NFL players, including as Joe Burrow, Lamar Jackson, and Saquon Barkley. This marks Allen’s seventh year in Buffalo. The Bills have been strong Super Bowl candidates under Allen’s leadership, but their biggest obstacle has been a 0–4 postseason record against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.
