Barkley attended Whitehall, Pennsylvania, for his high school football game. After that, he played at Penn State for the duration of his college career. He now leads the Eagles to a Super Bowl victory in Philadelphia. Barkley has a fascinating narrative, and he was having a great time in the locker room after the victory, even downing shotgunning drinks. Barkley ran for 3,843 yards and 43 touchdowns over his three years at Penn State, including 18 touchdowns in each of his final two seasons. In three years, he was also named the Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year twice. With 345 carries for 2,005 yards (first in the NFL) and 13 touchdowns at the end of the regular season, Barkley was voted the NFL’s Offensive Player of the Year this year. Even though Barkley only managed 57 yards on 25 rushes and six receptions in Super Bowl LIX, he played a crucial role in the Eagles’ season-long victory.
