Faison has had a varied college experience. He was born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, and attended Lackawanna Community College in 2020 before starting at Utah State. He subsequently moved to Marshall University for the 2021 season then Snow College for a year in 2022.

After visiting a number of prestigious institutions, including Alabama, Florida State, North Carolina, and Utah, he decided to enroll at South Carolina. His dedication is in line with the Gamecocks’ aggressive strategy, spearheaded by head coach Shane Beamer, to add experienced players to the team’s roster.

For South Carolina, Faison’s presence is welcome, particularly in light of the loss of important running backs. In the Southeastern Conference (SEC), his adaptability and track record should have an instant impact, giving the Gamecocks a potent offensive weapon for the forthcoming year.

Faison is expected to be a key component of the Gamecocks’ offensive plans as they get ready for the 2025 campaign, with the goal of improving their performance in the fiercely competitive SEC.
