Just In: Angry Outburst Tennis Super Star Struggled To Contain His Emotions, Throws Stuff.

A tennis star had a furious reaction after being eliminated from the US Open qualifying rounds.

Maxime Cressy struggled to hold back his emotions after being eliminated from the US Open qualifying rounds, resulting in a visible outburst on court.

Cressy’s chances of advancing to the main draw took a severe hit when he lost the first set 6-0 to British player Jan Choinski.

However, the 27-year-old managed to recover in the second set, narrowly winning it in a tiebreaker.

With renewed momentum, Cressy appeared to be on track for victory, even setting up a match point for himself.

Unfortunately for him, his opportunities came and went without him managing to secure a win. Choinski, noticing Cressy’s lapse in focus, fought back and eventually won the match with scores of 6-0, 7-6 (5-7), 7-6 (12-10).

The conclusion of the match was chaotic, and the drama continued as Cressy, immediately after being eliminated from US Open qualifying, began throwing what seemed to be equipment across the court.

While it’s unclear whether the discarded items held any value or sentimental significance, the former world No. 31 appeared visibly frustrated on the sidelines.

The outburst lasted no more than 20 seconds, but it’s clear that Cressy’s behavior sparked mixed reactions among tennis fans.

On X, @scoopmalinowski remarked: “Totally understandable. I witnessed it firsthand. Those two MPs cost him $100,000. He’s lost many matches like this—it’s been heartbreaking and agonizing. He mentally broke down. Tennis is a brutal sport.”

@FernandezPerry commented: “I’d lose it too if I were up 6-3 in the final tiebreak with $100k and a major opportunity at stake. His powerful serve and net play show why he’s still facing challenges. His return and ground game are lacking.”

Meanwhile, @Cineoffical responded with: “Disgusting, no respect.”
