Rodgers recently confirmed that Celtic currently have a clean bill of health, signaling positive prospects as they approach the crucial phase of the season. More insights into the team’s condition will be provided in Rodgers’ upcoming press conference ahead of their match against St Mirren at Parkhead this Saturday.

Notably, the reigning Scottish Premiership champions have shown a resurgence in goal-scoring form, tallying 23 goals in their last seven games across various competitions. This includes five wins, a draw against Rangers, and a contentious defeat against Heart of Midlothian at Tynecastle.

It appears that Celtic has gained additional confidence in their attacking prowess, delivering a series of captivating performances in contrast to earlier displays this season. Rodgers attributes this improvement to dedicated training sessions at Lennoxtown, focusing on breaking down defensive formations. The return of players like Nicolas Kuhn, Adam Idah, Carter-Vickers, and Hatate has also bolstered team morale.

Looking ahead, Rodgers emphasizes the importance of maintaining focus on each upcoming game, particularly the next one against St Mirren. Despite the anticipation of the Glasgow Derby, the immediate priority remains securing victory against St Mirren, who have already secured a top-six finish and remain competitive in the race for European qualification.

With the opportunity to extend their lead at the top of the table, Rodgers recognizes the significance of claiming three points against St Mirren, especially with their rivals playing against Dingwall on Sunday.
