Promising talents from Reading’s youth ranks, destined to be future stars, will be showcased on the pitch during the next three home matchdays.
The Academy, considered a prized asset for the club, is commemorating its 25th anniversary this year, boasting numerous graduates who are now regulars in the first-team lineup.
In a bid to introduce potential future stars to the loyal Royals supporters, the Under-7s, Under-8s, and Under-9s will take to the SCL Stadium pitch this Saturday as Wycombe Wanderers visit Berkshire.
The Under 7s squad will have the honor of being flag bearers before kick-off.
During halftime, each player and coach will have the opportunity to join a lap of honor on the pitch, alongside showcasing the Pro Academy Series Tournament Trophy won by the Under-9s this season.
On Saturday, March 26, the Under-13s, Under-14s, and Under-15s will have a similar experience when Cambridge United visits.
Lastly, during the match against Lincoln City on Saturday, April 6, the Under-10s, Under-11s, and Under-12s will be in attendance.
