On Sunday night, the Buffalo Bills defeated the Miami Dolphins 21-14 to clinch the AFC East title and the No. 2 playoff seed, due to quarterback Josh Allen’s fierce fourth-quarter drive.
Allen drove the Bills down the field for about five minutes, culminating in a Dawson Knox score that gave them the game.
So, what spurred the drive? A video from NFL Films shows wide receiver Stefon Diggs giving Allen a quick but significant pep talk before the Bills take the field.
“Ay! Diggs remarked, “Don’t force it, but this next drive, put the dagger in ’em.” “This is when a good team show that they’re a good team.”

Diggs says “This is a great f—— play” at the end of the video, to which Allen responds, “Love it.” The drive demonstrated the Bills’ roster’s togetherness, both on and off the field.
On Sunday at 1 p.m. ET, the Bills will face the Pittsburgh Steelers in the wild-card round of the playoffs.
