‘We have negotiated all conditions’ | 21-year-old star agrees to joining Hull City..

Hull City have made a very convincing case to recruit Fabio Carvalho on loan from Liverpool after a disappointing time at RB Leipzig, with the Tigers poised to seal the transfer this week after fending off interest from Premier League rivals.

Wolves and Sheffield United were intrigued on the 21-year-old but Liverpool believed that, after playing just 360 minutes in Germany, a transfer to the second division would be more reasonable, with Southampton and Leeds also interested.

Though a deal is not yet officially done, Confidential believes that Hull have entrenched themselves as front-runners given manager Liam Rosenior’s willingness to give loanees an opportunity, as witnessed with fellow Anfield sensation Tyler Morton, who is thriving this season.

The Tigers have also rekindled the career of Manchester City loanee Liam Delap, who scored just four goals throughout periods at Preston and Stoke before being granted a chance to shine under Rosenior at Hull, where he has scored seven goals and counting this season.

Carvalho showed himself in the Championship at Fulham before signing for Liverpool but has struggled for regular game-time ever since and could not make an impression at RB Leipzig, despite participating in some Champions League games.

Therefore, Jurgen Klopp’s men were keen for consistent minutes to be an absolute priority with his next transfer. Hull always showed interest but their case – with a promise of increased game-time, plus Rosenior’s propensity to play positive football and Morton’s success – has been convincing.

Liverpool consider Hull as a place where Carvalho will get more regular minutes this season than alternative choices, which has turned things in the Tigers’ favour. Rosenior wants Carvalho registered in time to play in Friday night’s clash with Norwich.

BLAIR… WHICH PROJECT?

Another young star expected to travel out on loan this month is Harvey Blair, with League One Blackpool particularly keen to take on the winger who has missed much of this season with a knee injury.

League One leaders Portsmouth were also interested in the summer before his pre-season injury but that looks to have faded.

Blackpool, headed by former Liverpool coach Neil Critchley, have been monitoring Blair for some time.

There are also a number of teams from the continent following Blair, with clubs from Belgium and Denmark keeping eyes on the 20-year-old, while other League One sides such as Leyton Orient and Reading have also showed interest.
