Mike Vrabel clarifies the hazy future for Tennessee Titans star player

The Tennessee Titans, led by Mike Vrabel, will finish last in the AFC South for the first time in his six-year tenure as an NFL head coach. Vrabel led just a 12-21 record after winning 41 games in his first four years (63% win rate). Since then, his win percentage has dropped to 36%.

The Titans cannot afford to keep going down this non-competitive path, even though there have been a number of additional complicating variables during the previous two seasons, such as injuries to Ryan Tannehill, which have resulted in a bottom-five scoring attack. Although the early success was fantastic, the Titans aren’t doing well, and this is a “what have you done for me lately” kind of situation.

Due to their recent difficulties, there have been various reports that Vrabel and the Titans may part ways this offseason. However, rumors have it that Vrabel, not Tennessee’s front staff, may be the one looking to move on.

Would Coach Vrabel don Titans gear to rejoin the team he won three Super Bowls with, given that there may be a head coaching opening in New England?

Given the plethora of uncertainties surrounding his future in Tennessee, Vrabel gave a clear explanation of his contract position to the media on Wednesday.

Regarding the reports that Vrabel and general manager Ran Carthon are at odds or that Vrabel is unwilling to collaborate with Carthon? Completely false.

“You know that there is no tooth fairy and that if we believed everything that was on social media, it would be Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny,” Vrabel remarked. I haven’t actually answered any of those, then. And we won’t begin right away.

Although we’re shocked to hear there isn’t a tooth fairy, it’s encouraging to know Coach Vrabel won’t be leaving this summer.
