Noah Wadsworth, a young player from Bradford City, has signed a loan deal with Farsley Celtic, the non-league team stated.
In order to give the defender some experience, Bradford City has temporarily allowed him to leave.
Wadsworth, 18, has teamed up with Dylan Loumbi, a teammate of Clayton Donaldson’s, in the Bantams.
After spending time with Tadcaster Albion earlier this year, he signed a one-month contract to play for the National League North team.
Bradford City loan departure In order to further Wadsworth’s development, Bradford will be hoping that he receives a lot of playing time over the following four weeks.
Playing senior football will be more beneficial for him than playing for the Bantams youth team.
Depending on how his brief assignment plays out, the League Two team will have to decide what to do with him when he returns to Valley Parade.
After progressing through Bradford’s academy system, Wadsworth was on scholarship until this past summer, when he was offered his first professional contract.
The fact that his present club offered him a contract indicates how well regarded he is, and he will be anxious to prove himself to Farsley going forward.
He leaves behind a Bantams team that returns to play this coming Saturday when they travel to Meadow Lane on the road to take on Notts County.
Graham Alexander’s team is keen to get back from their dismal 2-1 home loss to Barrow last time out with a strong performance against the Magpies.
After a sluggish start to the season, they are currently seven points outside of the play-offs, in 18th place in the table.
