Jonathan Tomkinson has been called up to the USA Youth Men’s Olympic National Team, and will be unavailable for selection for both this weekend’s trip to Notts County, and next Tuesday’s Bristol Street Motors Trophy visit of Barnsley.
The Norwich City loanee has again joined up with his international teammates, having made two friendly appearances last month.
USA head to Spain’s Pinatar Arena – where the Bantams have spent the past two pre-seasons – for a youth training camp, with two friendly fixtures in the diary, in preparation for next year’s 2024 Paris Summer Olympic Games.
The side will face Iraq this Saturday (November 18), before taking on Morocco next Tuesday (November 21), and returning home the following day.
