Tony Brown rages at ‘criminal’ West Brom incident in win v Coventry, wants Carlos Corberan to have words

After the ‘criminal’ West Brom incident during the victory against Coventry, Tony Brown becomes enraged and demands that Carlos Corberan speak.
Tony Brown became enraged following an incident on Monday, October 30, during the first half of West Brom’s match against Coventry City.

The analyst added that it was “criminal” for the Albion players to let Light Blues midfielder Jamie Allen free on the edge of the box when speaking on BBC Radio West Midlands on Monday (via BBC Sport, 8:46 p.m.).
Before the Baggies went on to win 2-0, he said that Carlos Corberan would have wanted to have the matter “spoken about in the dressing room.”

It wasn’t a great moment from the West Brom side, as they handed Allen an opportunity to be free on the edge of the area without a man in sight.

But they got away with it on the stroke of halftime, and it appears as though they ironed things out during the break after settling down in the second half.

Corberan certainly isn’t someone to hold back if he isn’t happy with something the team is doing wrong, and he will probably have picked up on that incident.

But following the break, the Baggies turned in a determined display to secure three more crucial points, moving them back up to fifth in the championship standings.

After their defensive play has been a key factor in their early success this season, Alex Palmer also added another clean sheet to his collection, his seventh of the year.
