Ansu Fati may be available for permanent transfer to Brighton & Hove Albion in the summer as Barcelona considers selling him.
According to Sport, who now follow the player and how Barcelona is treating him like a commodity in preparation for next summer, this is the case.
Despite sitting on the sidelines for the majority of the previous season, the publication claims that Fati still “has a pull” in the transfer market.
Given how highly rated he once was, his current market value of about €35 million is modest, yet it still qualifies him as a “very important” asset for the Blaugrana next summer.
They are hoping he can rediscover himself at Brighton this season, grow more self-assured, and once more showcase his talent in the hopes of sparking interest in him.
He is currently merely filling in as a substitute, but there is still time for that to alter as Brighton gives him more opportunities as the season goes on.
The Blaugrana club is “very carefully handling” Fati’s future with this loan to Brighton because they see him as a valuable asset for when they either want to use him in an exchange operation or sell him in a significant deal next summer.
