Another Injury Setback : West Brom Carlos Corberan Gives Updates On Injury News As Another 2 keys Players  Ruled And Four Doubts –

West Brom hope to back up Saturday’s excellent win against Preston North End with a win against a troubled Sheffield Wednesday.

The Baggies put four on Preston North End at Deepdale, and in doing so won for the first time on their travels this season. It was a contrast in fortunes to the fate the Owls suffered as they lost 3-0 to Sunderland in front of the Sky Sports television cameras on Friday night, with all three goals coming in the first-half.

A total of 11 points and 16 places separate the two sides with West Brom in eighth on 13 points, whilst Wednesday are rock bottom on two points having not won a league game in nine attempts.

Carlos Corberan and Xisco Munoz, both from Spain, are without some key players for this evening. West Brom have more long-term injuries, whilst Wednesday are in need of some inspiration somewhere, but they could potentially be missing two of their most vital players.

1. Semi Ajayi – doubtful

Semi Ajayi was a doubt at the weekend after rolling his ankle, and had only one days training in the build-up to Preston. He was not named amongst the substitutes, but will have at least been able to train, and that could bring him in to contention for Tuesday though he remains a doubt. 2. Barry Bannan – doubt

3. Adam Reach – out
Carlos Corberan has a few long-term injuries, and most won’t be back until the New Year. Adam Reach’s quad injury will rule him out from training until November, and so he would be targeting a return to the pitch in late December. Photo: OLI SCARFF/AFP via Getty Images)

4. Josh Windass – doubt
Suffered an injury last week, and missed out against Sunderland. Munoz said ‘we’ll see’ but admitted it was a only a short time since their last game. Photo: George Wood/Getty Images
