During his time with the White Tigers, the 23-year-old made six National League South appearances, keeping two clean sheets and helping City to a five-game unbeaten run.

A statement from Truro said: “We would like to place on record our thanks to Jamie and wish him well for the future.”

Former Wolves youngster Pardington joined Cheltenham on a one-year deal this summer after a spell with Northern Irish club Larne.

He is third choice behind Northern Ireland international Luke Southwood and Max Harris, who made his first start for the club in last week’s EFL Trophy group stage defeat at Bristol Rovers.

Meanwhile, second year scholar Freddy Willcox, 17, has joined Southern League Division One South club Evesham United on a work experience loan.
