There are still four fringe players that AC Milan could lose this summer if the right bids were to come in, a report claims.
As has been reported by Tuttosport (via Milan News), Lorenzo Colombo, Divock Origi, Fode Ballo-Toure and Alexis Saelemaekers may all be gone by the end of the summer.
Milan certainly want to sell Origi but the Belgian is only willing to depart for the Premier League, where there is little interest in his services.
Monza are on the scene for Colombo but Milan will only let him leave for the right price, and if they can get another striker in to provide depth.
Ballo-Toure has been close to joining Werder Bremen for a long time but that deal has still not been finalised, whilst Saelemaekers is attracting interest from Real Betis but is yet to be subject to a formal bid.
Any new signings for Milan ar likely to be subject to these players departing.
The squad numbers for AC Milan have been confirmed by Lega Serie A and two players have changed their number since last season. Rafael Leao is the obvious one, taking the No.10 shirt following Brahim Diaz’s exit.
Leao renewed his contract with Milan towards the end of last season and when Diaz’s return to Real Madrid was confirmed, he decided to also take the No.10 shirt. It’s one of two changes from last season, as Alessandro Florenzi also has switched from 25 to 42.
The numbers have been confirmed by Lega Serie A (via Mattia Barzaghi, see below) and the new signings are also present, of course. There could still be some movement on the market but those arriving will have to pick one of the available numbers.
