Sergi Canós of Brentford has already been to Valencia to complete his deal and put an end to his protracted transfer story.
Las Provincias reports that the Spanish club has ended their contract with the player and is presently finalizing the paperwork with Brentford.
According to the newspaper, Canós has already arrived in Valencia ahead of his arrival as Valencia’s second summer signing.
They explain that Valencia and the player ‘sealed their agreement’ on Wednesday and all that remains is for him ‘close all the documentation’ with Brentford.
He will arrive at the Mestalla on a transfer worth around €250,000, that figure having been the stumbling block which has held the matter up for months.
since previously stated, the transaction has now been made feasible by Uros Racic’s departure, since his transfer to Sassuolo gave Valencia the money to sign Canós.
