Coventry City CEO Gives Updates On Disabled Supporters Forum Meeting

Coventry City Boss Gives Updates On Disabled Supporters Forum Meeting

A meeting of the Coventry City Disabled Supporters Forum is being held next week.

It will take place on Wednesday 23rd August at 6pm at the Coventry Building Society Arena, in the Coventry Building Society Lounge (Ground Floor).

In attendance at the Forum will be Liam Bird, a representative from Level Playing Field, who will be there to provide support to our fans to get the official Disabled Supporters’ Association (DSA) up and running.

If you would like to be a part of the DSA, please do try to come along to the Forum as Liam will be providing lots of information about positions that will be needed to fill the group as well as what is needed to move forward.

Jodie Jones, Coventry City’s Supporter Services Officer, will also be available at the Forum to speak to people individually to fans and answer any questions or queries generally regarding their experience as a disabled supporter of Coventry City.

if you would like to attend the meeting next week, please confirm your attendance by emailing Jodie at [email protected].

Please note: The Coventry Building Society Arena have informed us that there is a parking fee for CCFC meetings which has been agreed at £5. They have kindly agreed to provide a discounted code for this meeting of disabled supporters, which will be provided on the night.

All car users must insert the code and pay for parking at the kiosks in the atrium outside The Coventry Lounge. If you do not follow this process, you will unfortunately receive a PCN notice due to the new system that the Arena has in place, which APCOA (the Arena’s car parking operators) are unable to waive.
