Finally Another Agreement Reached Between The Two As Player Pen Down Signature

Final Agreement Reached Between The Two As Player Pen Down Signature

Charles De Ketelaere is set to complete his move to Atalanta from Milan within the week after the final details were agreed between La Dea and the player’s entourage according to reports from Gianluca Di Marzio.

Milan and Atalanta had agreed a deal a number of weeks ago, but negotiations on personal terms became an issue, with the deal looking like it could collapse altogether at certain stages.

However, Di Marzio reported on Wednesday that a final agreement has now been reached and the medical examinations can now be scheduled, likely to take place on Wednesday or Thursday.

De Ketelaere will move on an initial loan deal at a cost of €3m, with an option to buy for €22m plus €4m in bonuses. Milan will also receive a 10% sell-on clause, taking the total package close to the Rossoneri’s valuation of €35m.

Atalanta have had a busy period in the summer transfer window, bidding farewell to Rasmus Hojlund who joined Manchester United in a club-record sale, before bringing in El-Bilal Toure from Almeria and Gianluca Scamacca from West Ham.

De Ketelaere would be among the club’s most expensive ever signings if his loan deal were made permanent in the future.
